Tonight, I am celebrating a wonderful new addition to our family camera collection. I actually had to get rid of our old, manual, film cameras (they were damaged beyond the repair of duct tape) and our pocket digital Nikon (it was old and seemed to never work right), and I've been really hankering for a pocket-sized digital. Especially when we are out at a restaurant - for some reason Jazz gets annoyed when I am taking pictures of his food and won't let him eat.
I love my rebel dslr but it's a bit of a clunker (compared to pocket-sized), and it requires more adjustments = increased wait time before eating = cold food = grumpy husbands.
I've been thinking of getting Jazz a camera for his birthday, and
when I saw a great deal on Craigslist for the very one I've been eyeing, I knew it was destiny.
But it's not a real present if I'm going to use it too (and not let it out of my sight).
So now he gets a video game for turning 30. I know. There is so much wrong with that statement.
Our new love:
